Motion to approve Previous Minutes made by Pat second by Karen Passes

      1. Keeping the Location of the Indian Center
      2. Need to come up with a Heat Contingency Plan
  • Need to make sure that we are penciled in for Pride 2016 near the beginning of the year

Motion to keep Pride Fest 2015 at the Mid-American All Indian Center August 29th and 30th made by Pat second by Renee Passes

    1. Pride Pageant
      1. Location: Mosley Street/Cabaret Old town, MCC Church, Block Party
      2. Leave it as a money pageant
    2. Pride Drag Night
      1. Was a success, we need to keep it
  • Family Picnic
    1. Meeting with Cargill, they are staying on board and are willing to do the Picnic again
    2. Need to keep it at OJ Watson Park, need to check a month out in advance to make sure it IS BOOKED!

    1. Keeping it, need to find out what it would cost to bring in the guy who started Wigstock
    2. Need to discuss location, or whether it is a block party
  2. Skating Party
    1. Tentative Keep, need to figure out whether we can get enough people to pay for the event, needs to be revamped

    1. Do we need to move it to the afternoon, need to talk to Thunder Bird or another bowling alley to see if it can be done

    2. Start working on donations for the Kids Zone/Rent Big Sky for this year/Book Face Painter for next year

Motion to set Pride 2015 sponsorship levels at the same price as the 2014 levels minus the platinum package made by Pat second by Lee Passes

Motion to set Pride 2015 vendor, Pride Guide Advertising, and Parade entry fees at 2014 pricing levels minus Early Bird and Late Pricing fees made by Pat second by Lee Passes

    1. Don Eaton has a stage for sale for 500 as opposed to the stage that we have now
    2. Don has admitted that the Decking needs some work, will need to check everything out

    1. Equality Kansas is doing a rally on Friday at 4pm in front of the Governor’s Office and the Supreme Court
    2. October 25th The Bears will be having La Cage as a fundraiser for the Food Pantry
