      1. Photographer will not charge extra to video the Parade so long as she can do a good video of it
      2. City Blue has not responded to our Banner Request, will be contacting later this week

      1. Treasurer should state written up and ready to sign
      2. Under Treasurer for the pageant it should state that it’s in September

    1. Movie Night
      1. Talked to Hoffman briefly for the movie night/pool party and tentatively looking at that last weekend in August
    2. T-Shirts
      1. Need to look at trying to put these T-Shirts online, will be putting them on the website for sale, will include 7 dollars for shipping and handling
    3. Pride Guide is still coming in
  2. Balance Report
    1. 3,588.04 after the Liberty Press and T-Shirts were paid

        1. Need to redo the contract to include the Buffalo Room as part of what we are renting
      2. Connie Clark
        1. Will be talking to Connie and Colleen to get the Community Events Application rolling

    1. Have sent off everything for them to be a vendor except W9 which will be sent off tomorrow

    1. 190 dollars for T-Shirts sales
    2. Pageant
      1. Will be doing Audience Choice Awards for the pageant
      2. Will be getting entertainers for the pageant, need 4 total including Ladies Man and Audrey McQueen
    3. Treasurer
      1. AARP
        1. Talked to Janet Clearwater and Andrea Bozarth
        2. Should be getting a Collaboration Agreement so that we can use their logo for advertising
      2. Amazon Smile
        1. Set up and ready to go

    1. Will have everything done tomorrow

    1. Still writing the contract

    1. Charles still has not confirmed
    2. Still need to write up a schedule for the Pride Guide

    1. Informed a potential sponsor that the only events to sponsor are the Skating Party and Block Party
  4. Communications
    1. Still need the vendor list for everyone with contact information
    2. Needing a map for the MAAIC to show where they can drop off and where people need to park
  5. Site Manager
    1. Still waiting on the Equality Kansas AD and the AD for Fantasy
    2. Renee caught a typo in the Hunter Health AD, it’s in PDF form, nothing can be done

Motion that the extra half page ad space available in the Pride Guide be donated to the The Center of Wichita at no charge made by Lee second by Chelle passes

    1. Posting T-Shirts to the website, needing prices and shipping information
      1. We need to make sure that we have their information to send them T-Shirts
    2. Will be getting Schedule for Pride Events set up on the calendar

  • Still waiting on the Names for the entertainers, pages for Pride Guide to be online, looking at putting up the Cover and every major AD that we have
  • Looking at Highlighted Booths page for the website (types of food, face painter, balloon guy,etc)

    1. Liberty Press/Gayly: Full Page AD for both and make sure that all the information for all the events is correct

    1. Lucky’s will be having a youth outreach event on September 2nd
    2. Prime Timers 15th anniversary will be Saturday @ 6:30pm
