All participants, 5 years of age and older, including sponsors and exhibitors, must wear festival buttons at all Wichita Pride events. The only exception is the Interfaith Service on Friday, June 28!
Festival buttons are included with exhibitor and sponsor packages. Extra buttons are sold individually or in bulk button buys and available at each event or through the Century II box office.
Buttons give the wearer access to all events and are $10 each.

Include your brand on one or more Pride events. Your sponsor-supplied banners will be prominently displayed at sponsored events and locations. All sponsor names will be included in media and press releases.
All sponsorship includes your name and logo on all event posters and other event marketing. Sponsorships for individual events include your name and logo on that event’s marketing.

Exhibitors will be able to choose from 10×10 or 10×20 booths for the Pride Festival. Pride Festival registration includes appropriate tables and chairs and two festival buttons.

Exhibitors are responsible for all city and state sales permits, transient merchant permits, taxes, and for any required food service/food handling permits.

The Opening Night Show will be held at Century II in Exhibition Hall, Friday, June 28th. Contestants will need to arrive at 6pm Sharp.

The Wichita Pride Parade follows an approximate one-mile route on Main Street from the Historic Sedgwick County Courthouse to Douglas Street, right on Douglas Street to Century II.

Wichita Pride’s annual publication is a comprehensive guide to our festival. Contents include event schedules, venue maps, exhibitor guides, parade listings, and articles about our community and its members.
– Premium “cover” ad placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact Wichita Pride to confirm placement availability.
